LaurelDabbs.com will make a full refund, less the cost of shipping and handling, if any product you have purchased does not meet your satisfaction. Provided, we are notified at info@LaurelDabbs.com and the item is returned within THREE days (72 hours) of receiving the product, and is returned in the same condition in which it was dispatched to you.
ALL damages found to product must be reported to info@LaurelDabbs.com within 48 hours of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any Refunds to be made will not be made until we are notified at info@LaurelDabbs.com and the item is returned and in our possession for inspection and meet the above conditions.
Purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping charges to us or from us unless otherwise determined.
If an item is returned to us, the item must be shipped the same way it was received by you and insured.
